BIRTH TRAUMA RECOVERY GROUP:
This group is for women who have experienced any form of trauma in regards to pregnancy and the birthing experience. Women who have had a miscarriage, stillborn baby or who experienced a traumatic birthing experience. We will build connection, process trauma/grief and learn healthy coping skills to help us heal.

POSTPARTUM MOM LIFE SUPPORT GROUP
This group is for any mother who has given birth within the past 2 years. Adjusting to mom life is hard and we all need extra support. This group will cover many topics including postpartum depression/anxiety, intrusive thoughts, breastfeeding struggles, self-care, parenting skills, relationship issues and overall adjustment to motherhood.

COMMITMENT/COST:
These groups will be an hour and a half session a week for a 6 week period, so 6 total sessions. Attendance is necessary for group therapy to be effective. Group Therapy will cost $250 due at the first session in January. On a case by case situation a payment plan can be put into place.

I AGREE: This will be 1.5 hour commitment every week for 6 weeks. For group therapy to be effective attendance is required.

I AGREE: THE TOTAL COST FOR GROUP THERAPY IS $250 DUE AT THE FIRST SESSION IN JANUARY 2023.
